The brands we service

We are an independent shop, which means we are not tied to one manufacturer's network — and it also means we will tell you honestly when the manufacturer's own people are the better call.

Ultra luxury

Ultra luxury appliances

Hand-built or engineered to a standard where the appliance outlives two kitchens. Parts are specific, procedures are documented, and guesswork is expensive.

Luxury

Luxury appliances

The professional-style ranges and panel-ready columns that define a custom kitchen in this market.

Premium

Premium appliances

Serious appliances that sit a step below the built-in tier, and the undercounter and ice equipment that fills out a butler’s pantry or outdoor kitchen.

Worth being clear about

What “independent” actually means

Manufacturers run their own certified service networks. Those companies are hand-picked by the factory, and they are the only ones who can perform warranty repairs billed back to the manufacturer. We are not one of them, and we will never suggest otherwise.

What being independent buys you is availability, a technician who works across every brand in your kitchen rather than one, and a straight answer about whether a repair is worth doing. If your appliance is still inside its full factory warranty, we will point you at the factory network — it costs you nothing and it is the right call.

Price bands

Does the badge on the door change the price?

It does not. The part decides the figure, not the make, and the same book applies to every name on this page.

What owners ask about brands

Are you independent, or a Sub-Zero authorized service center?

No, and we will never say otherwise. We are an independent appliance repair company with no affiliation to Sub-Zero Group, Inc. Factory Certified Service is a separate, invite-only manufacturer program, and you can check who holds it in your ZIP code at subzero-wolf.com/locator or by calling Sub-Zero Customer Care.

Can you actually do sealed-system work?

Yes. Our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification, which federal law requires to open a sealed refrigeration system, and we perform compressor, evaporator, drier and tubing repairs in the home. Many companies will replace a fan or a board and then declare a unit unrepairable, because sealed-system work is the line they cannot cross.

Which brands do you work on?

Sub-Zero is our specialty, along with Wolf and Cove. We also service Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, La Cornue, Monogram, JennAir, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel, Liebherr, True, Perlick, U-Line, Marvel, Scotsman, Asko and Bertazzoni. If your appliance is not on that list, call and ask.

Do you service heating or air conditioning?

No. We repair built-in kitchen and laundry appliances - refrigeration, ice machines, ranges and rangetops, wall and steam ovens, ventilation hoods, dishwashers, washers and dryers. Furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, ductwork and the thermostat on the wall are a separate licensed trade that we do not hold. Our EPA Section 608 certification covers the sealed systems inside appliances, not comfort cooling, and if the house is hot rather than the food warm we will tell you to call an HVAC contractor.

Most of the houses we work in have four or five different badges on the appliances. One call covers all of them.
